Personal Information Privacy Policy

The Personal Information Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Policy) is applied to all information that Interactive Studio, LLC, and/or its affiliates can receive about the User while they use any of Interactive Studio’s Applications.

1. Basic Terms

1.1. The “Website” is the website located on the Internet at http://i-mult.ru/.

1.2. “Interactive Studio” is Interactive Studio, LLC, located at: 115419, Moscow, ul. Shabolovka, 34, floor 4, office I, room 14.

1.3. The “Application” is the application, the rights to which belong to Interactive Studio, LLC.

1.4. The “User” is an individual who uses the Application.

2. General Terms

2.1. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure the appropriate protection of information about Users, including their personal data, from unauthorized access and disclosure.

2.2. Activities associated with the collection, storage, dissemination, and protection of User information are regulated by this Policy, other official documents of Interactive Studio, and current Russian legislation.

2.3. By downloading (launching) and/or using the Applications, the User agrees to the terms of this Policy, which the User and Interactive Studio consider as User’s written consent to the processing of personal information.

2.4. If the User disagrees with the terms of this Policy, the use of the Applications should be immediately terminated, and the Application should be deleted by the User from the memory of said User’s device.

2.5. The current version of the Policy, which is a public document, has been drafted by Interactive Studio and is available to any Internet user at i-moolt.com/privacy/en

2.6. Interactive Studio has the right to make changes to this Policy. When changes are made to the Policy, Interactive Studio notifies its Users about it by publishing the new version of the Policy on the Website; the changes take effect from the date when the new version of the Policy is posted on the Website.

2.7. Personal User information. Personal User information includes:

  • Information provided by the User which is the necessary minimum for using the Application: name, surname, gender, mobile phone number and/or e-mail address;
  • Additional information provided by the User at the request of Interactive Studio in order to fulfill the obligations of Interactive Studio to the Users regarding the use of the Application. Specifically, Interactive Studio has the right to request from the User a copy of an identity document or any other document containing the User’s name, surname and photo, as well as any additional information that, at the discretion of Interactive Studio, will be necessary and sufficient to identify the User and allow it to prevent abuses and infringements on the rights of third parties;
  • Any other User information processed by Interactive Studio.

2.8. Interactive Studio also processes other User information, including:

  • Standard data automatically received by the http server when a User accesses the Application and performs any subsequent actions (host IP address, type of the User’s Operating System, the UDID of the User’s device, and content accessed by the User, etc.);
  • Information obtained as a result of the User’s actions when using the Applications;
  • Information obtained as a result of the actions of other Users via the Applications;
  • Personal User data received via the Applications, with the consent of the User, and necessary for the use of the Applications: name, surname, date of birth, profile photo, friends list, and other data;
  • Information provided by Users when using the applications, specifically, their nicknames.

3. Terms of Use of the Applications

3.1. In providing services for the use of its Applications, Interactive Studio, acting reasonably and in good faith, considers that the User:

  • has all the necessary rights allowing for the launch and use of the Applications;
  • provides reliable information about him/herself to the extent required for the use of the Applications;
  • is aware that the information provided as a result of the use of the Applications by the User may become available to other users of the Applications, and may be copied and distributed by such users;
  • is aware that some types of information transferred to other users when using the Applications cannot be deleted by the User;
  • has read this Policy, expresses consent to it and assumes the rights and responsibilities indicated in it.

3.2. Interactive Studio does not verify the information about the User that is received (collected).

4. Purposes of Information Processing

4.1. Interactive Studio processes information about Users, including their personal data, in order to fulfill Interactive Studio’s obligations to its Users regarding the use of the Application.

4.2. Interactive Studio can use personal User information for the following purposes:

4.2.1. Identification of the other party within the framework of agreements and contracts with Interactive Studio;

4.2.2. Provision of personalized of Applications to the User;

4.2.3. Communication with the User, including notifications, requests, and information regarding the use of the Applications, the provision of services, and the processing of requests and claims received from the User;

4.2.4. Improvement of the quality of the Applications and the convenience of their use, and the development of new Applications and services;

4.2.5. Conducting statistical and other types of research based on impersonal data.

5. Processing of the Users’ Personal Data

5.1. The processing of personal data is based on the following principles:

a) legitimacy of the purposes and methods of personal data processing and good faith;

b) the purposes of personal data processing corresponding to the goals predetermined and stated when collecting personal data, and to the authority of Interactive Studio to process such data;

c) the volume and nature of the personal data being processed, as well as the methods of personal data processing, corresponding to the purposes of personal data processing;

d) no combining of databases containing personal User data, where such databases were originally created for incompatible purposes.

5.2. The collection of personal data. Personal data of the User is transferred to Interactive Studio with the consent of the User. The consent of the User to the transfer of their personal data by Interactive Studio is implied by their conduct, namely, when the User first loads the Application into the Device’s memory.

5.3. Storage and use of personal data. Users’ personal data is stored exclusively on electronic media and processed using automated systems.

5.4. Transfer of personal data. Users’ personal data is not transferred to any third parties, except in cases expressly provided for in this Policy. The provision of Users’ personal data at the request of state (local) government bodies is carried out in the manner set forth by law.

6. User Rights

The User has the right to:

6.1. at his/her request, receive from Interactive Studio information regarding the processing of his/her personal data.

7. Measures For the Protection of User Information

Interactive Studio takes technical, organizational and legal measures to protect the Users’ personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as other illegal activities. The description of the relevant technical, organizational and legal measures is available in the internal regulations of Interactive Studio.

8. Restrictions to Policy’s Application

This Policy does not apply to the actions and Internet resources of third parties.

Interactive Studio is not responsible for the actions of third parties who, as a result of using the Application, have access to information about the User, which, by the nature of the Application, is available to any Internet user. Interactive Studio recommends that Users take a responsible approach to the amount of information they provide about themselves.

9. User Queries

9.1. Users are entitled to send their queries to Interactive Studio, including queries regarding the use of their personal data in writing to: 115419, Moscow, ul. Shabolovka, 34, floor 4, office I, room 14, or in the form of an electronic document containing a qualified electronic signature in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation to our e-mail address, support@i-mult.ru.

9.2. A query sent by the User must contain the following information:

  • serial number of the primary identity document of the User or his representative;
  • the date of issue of said document and the issuing body;
  • Information confirming the User’s relationship with Interactive Studio (in particular, confirmation that the Application has been downloaded onto the User’s Device);
  • The signature of the user or their representative.

9.3. Interactive Studio shall review and reply to the received User query within 30 (thirty) days of the receipt of the query.

9.4. All correspondence received by Interactive Studio from Users (queries in writing or submitted electronically) is considered information with limited access, and is not disclosed without the written consent of the User. Personal data and other information about the User who sent the query cannot be used without the express consent of the User in any way other than to respond to the issue described in the query received or in cases expressly provided for by law.
