1.1. The “Website” is the website located on the Internet at http://i-mult.ru/.
1.2. “Interactive Studio” is Interactive Studio, LLC, located at: 115419, Moscow, ul. Shabolovka, 34, floor 4, office I, room 14.
1.3. The “Application” is the application, the rights to which belong to Interactive Studio, LLC.
1.4. The “User” is an individual who uses the Application.
2.1. The purpose of this Policy is to ensure the appropriate protection of information about Users, including their personal data, from unauthorized access and disclosure.
2.2. Activities associated with the collection, storage, dissemination, and protection of User information are regulated by this Policy, other official documents of Interactive Studio, and current Russian legislation.
2.3. By downloading (launching) and/or using the Applications, the User agrees to the terms of this Policy, which the User and Interactive Studio consider as User’s written consent to the processing of personal information.
2.4. If the User disagrees with the terms of this Policy, the use of the Applications should be immediately terminated, and the Application should be deleted by the User from the memory of said User’s device.
2.5. The current version of the Policy, which is a public document, has been drafted by Interactive Studio and is available to any Internet user at i-moolt.com/privacy/en
2.6. Interactive Studio has the right to make changes to this Policy. When changes are made to the Policy, Interactive Studio notifies its Users about it by publishing the new version of the Policy on the Website; the changes take effect from the date when the new version of the Policy is posted on the Website.

4.2.2. Provision of personalized of Applications to the User;
4.2.3. Communication with the User, including notifications, requests, and information regarding the use of the Applications, the provision of services, and the processing of requests and claims received from the User;
4.2.4. Improvement of the quality of the Applications and the convenience of their use, and the development of new Applications and services;
4.2.5. Conducting statistical and other types of research based on impersonal data.
5.1. The processing of personal data is based on the following principles:
a) legitimacy of the purposes and methods of personal data processing and good faith;
b) the purposes of personal data processing corresponding to the goals predetermined and stated when collecting personal data, and to the authority of Interactive Studio to process such data;
c) the volume and nature of the personal data being processed, as well as the methods of personal data processing, corresponding to the purposes of personal data processing;
d) no combining of databases containing personal User data, where such databases were originally created for incompatible purposes.
5.2. The collection of personal data. Personal data of the User is transferred to Interactive Studio with the consent of the User. The consent of the User to the transfer of their personal data by Interactive Studio is implied by their conduct, namely, when the User first loads the Application into the Device’s memory.
5.3. Storage and use of personal data. Users’ personal data is stored exclusively on electronic media and processed using automated systems.
5.4. Transfer of personal data. Users’ personal data is not transferred to any third parties, except in cases expressly provided for in this Policy. The provision of Users’ personal data at the request of state (local) government bodies is carried out in the manner set forth by law.
The User has the right to:

Interactive Studio takes technical, organizational and legal measures to protect the Users’ personal data from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, as well as other illegal activities. The description of the relevant technical, organizational and legal measures is available in the internal regulations of Interactive Studio.
This Policy does not apply to the actions and Internet resources of third parties.
Interactive Studio is not responsible for the actions of third parties who, as a result of using the Application, have access to information about the User, which, by the nature of the Application, is available to any Internet user. Interactive Studio recommends that Users take a responsible approach to the amount of information they provide about themselves.
9.1. Users are entitled to send their queries to Interactive Studio, including queries regarding the use of their personal data in writing to: 115419, Moscow, ul. Shabolovka, 34, floor 4, office I, room 14, or in the form of an electronic document containing a qualified electronic signature in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation to our e-mail address, firstname.lastname@example.org.
9.2. A query sent by the User must contain the following information:
9.3. Interactive Studio shall review and reply to the received User query within 30 (thirty) days of the receipt of the query.
9.4. All correspondence received by Interactive Studio from Users (queries in writing or submitted electronically) is considered information with limited access, and is not disclosed without the written consent of the User. Personal data and other information about the User who sent the query cannot be used without the express consent of the User in any way other than to respond to the issue described in the query received or in cases expressly provided for by law.
